Purchase details: New features for a better overview

Thanks to new features, the “Purchase details” page is now clearer – in Seller Cockpit Pro and in “My eBay”. This means you can keep an eye on all your selling information.
We owe these changes to feedback from our sellers. This makes it easier for you to manage your eBay sales now.
Look forward to these new features:
- In Seller Cockpit Pro and in “My eBay”, you can now see your earnings for each order – after deducting taxes and fees.
- Your purchase details are available on all your devices and on desktop.
- You can identify repeat buyers, because you can see whether someone has bought one of your items within the last two years.
- Your packing slips, order confirmations, shipping labels and other documents can be printed directly from here.
- The “Add tracking number” and “Leave feedback” features have been optimized for you.
- With just a few clicks, you can add personal notes to individual orders.
- The tracker for shipments with authenticity verification has been further developed.
