On October 1, 2024, the time had come again. At our eBay Top Seller Event in Berlin, the eBay Awards 2024 were presented to six merchants with outstanding achievements.
From hundreds of applications, our winners this year were selected by our jury in one of the following six categories:
Social Enterprise: Stefan Bäumler from proudcommunity (Aidshilfe Hamburg e.V.)

The eBay shop “proudcommunity” is run by Stefan Bäumler for Aidshilfe Hamburg e.V. The proceeds from sales go 100 percent to the nonprofit association. In 2018, the existing online shop was expanded with its own eBay shop and has since sold over 4,000 products. At the same time, the self-help association is a professional counseling center for HIV and health. As a nonprofit association, it works to improve the quality of life of people with HIV and AIDS, and for people and groups who are particularly at risk from HIV. Starting with the sale of AIDS teddy bears, the shop steadily expanded its range and now offers HIV self-tests as well as a large selection of rainbow and Pride items.
Service Hero: Elve Dederichs from Favorio
