Your traffic performance is now also available in the eBay app
Dear sellers,
From now on, you can also access the insights for your traffic performance via the eBay app for iOS and Android. This update is intended to help you understand and improve your business performance on eBay directly from your phone.
What the Traffic Performance page offers you:
- Real-time traffic charts
- Impressions of your listings
- Click-through rates
- Conversion rates
Why this is important:
You can now check the performance of your listings while on the go. The traffic performance insights provide you with important data you need to make well-informed decisions about editing and optimizing your listings - directly from your mobile phone, wherever you are.
Your benefits:
The new Traffic Performance page was developed to help you understand traffic patterns and metrics for your services. By optimizing your listings, you can improve the performance of your listings.
How it works:
- In the eBay app, click “Sell” under “My eBay”.
- Scroll down on the page and under “Switch to...” click the chart icon “Performance”.
- On the “Traffic Performance” page, you can define the time period at the top for which you want to see impressions, click-through rate, and conversion rate.
- The traffic performance for your listings is displayed in real time in clear charts and supplemented by figures.
