Measures for weather-related shipping delays
Dear sellers,
One of Germany’s biggest severe weather disasters has caused the worst devastation in North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate in recent days. Our thoughts are with the people in the flood-hit areas.
Due to the severe weather, there may be delays in shipping throughout Germany. If you are affected by shipping delays, please adjust your handling times. We will do this automatically for delivery times in the affected regions.
If defects still occur due to delayed delivery, we will remove them afterward. Please remember to inform your buyers about any delays.
We are extending the measures for as long as they are needed.
Kind regards
Your eBay team
