Sellers with the service status “Above Average” or “Top Rated” can use the tool to optimize their item prices. Participation takes place via a quarterly framework agreement in the Growth Portal.
For selected offers, buyer coupons with dynamically calculated discounts are created automatically. eBay’s cost contribution depends on the conditions in the framework agreement.
