You can easily communicate with your subscribers and groups of buyers through the newsletter functionality in your eBay Shop. You can use the following newsletter templates for this:
- send a welcome newsletter to new subscribers,
- create newsletters about new products, or
- inform your customer base about special promotions and new products.
You can send your newsletters not only to customers who have subscribed to them, but also specifically to groups of buyers who have purchased from you in the last 30 to 180 days. Almost two thirds of sellers who use shop newsletters already send vouchers via buyer groups rather than via subscribers.
