New at eBay DE: DHL service for return labels "Use own rate" – now available!
Hello dear eBay community,
We’re pleased to introduce an exciting new feature that will make the return process much easier for sellers while also improving the buying experience: the DHL service for return labels “Use your own rate.”
With this new feature, sellers can link their DHL business account directly to eBay return settings. Once your account is connected, eBay can create a return label directly from your own DHL account when you are responsible for the return. This significantly reduces the time and effort normally involved in manually processing return requests.
For quick matching of returns in your warehouse, eBay uses the item order number as the return number (RMA). This is listed in written form as well as in barcode form on the DHL return label.
Benefits of the new feature:
- Time savings: No more manual creation of return labels needed.
- Efficiency: Automated creation and management of return labels.
- Improved buyer experience: Faster and smoother return processes.
Sellers can use their own DHL-negotiated shipping rates for returns. Here’s how to set up the feature:
- Log in to your eBay seller account.
- Navigate to the return settings.
- Select the “Use your own rate” option and connect your DHL business account.
