New: Reach buyers worldwide outside the EU with “eBay International Shipping”
Dear sellers,
With “eBay International Shipping,” you can now reach buyers outside the European Union (EU) more easily. eBay takes care of the key steps of international shipping - without any extra effort or cost for you.
Starting in September 2026 we will gradually activate eBay accounts for the program. As soon as your account is activated, we’ll let you know. Eligible active listings will then automatically be considered for sale with eBay International Shipping.
How it works
If one of your items sells via eBay International Shipping to a buyer outside the EU, you send it to our shipping center in Germany. From there, we handle international onward shipping, customs clearance, and the processing of returns for you - at no additional cost to you.
Nothing changes for your sales within Germany and the EU.
