New permissions for account access for multiple users
Dear sellers,
This year we introduced new permissions that you can now pass on to your employees. This makes it even easier to manage your eBay business.
With multi-user account access, you can decide which tasks your employees can carry out in your eBay account and which information they can view.
We have added 3 new permissions that you can assign to your employees:
- Manage messages between members,
- Create and manage ad campaigns as well as
- Create and manage sales events and buyer groups.
This change does not affect existing permissions that already allow your employees to do the following:
- Create and edit drafts
- Publish and revise listings
- View orders
- Download order report
- Add tracking
- Print shipping labels
- Product research with Terapeak
- Manage refunds, requests and disputes
