New EU regulations on labeling in tire offers

With our new features for the EU tyre label, you can get through the winter just fine.
On the eBay websites in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, it is now easier for you as a business seller to upload documents about tyre energy efficiency. You can add information on energy efficiency labeling to your tyre listings by uploading EU tyre labels and product data sheets as image files.
Business sellers who offer your items to buyers in the EU and the United Kingdom are required under the energy efficiency labeling regulations to provide information on energy efficiency and performance in their tyre listings. This information gives buyers relevant performance data about the tyres they are buying, helping to promote product safety and efficiency.
To add this information to your listings in the tyre categories (including wheel-and-tyre sets), please follow the steps below:
- Create a new listing or start editing an existing listing.
- When listing, scroll down to the Product details section.
- Select See more and use the switch to enable the Energy efficiency class option.
- Upload the image file for the EU tyre label (energy efficiency label) and the product information sheet.
- After uploading, you can select the pencil icon to provide the energy efficiency class as optional text for buyers who cannot see this image.
