New file upload feature to meet energy labeling requirements
Dear commercial sellers,
if you offer new items in selected categories, these are subject to energy labeling requirements.
To help you comply with these regulations, we have introduced a new feature that allows you to easily upload images of your energy labels and product data sheets to your listings. The current energy labeling requirements include the energy efficiency class (EEK), the EEK range and label, as well as the product data sheet.
On our help page, you can find out how to use the new file upload feature.
Please remember that these regulations apply to items you sell in the EU and the United Kingdom, regardless of which country you are registered in.
Information on energy savings, energy labeling, and ecodesign requirements for individual products can be found in the European Product Database for Energy Labelling (EPREL).
