New platform for our community members, the same great community!
Summary: A participant announces the launch of a new platform for the community members, while preserving the great community.
Dear community members,
we’re excited to announce the launch of our new community platform. It was developed to offer you an even better, seamless, and interactive community experience, as well as to make networking and exchanging ideas with one another even easier.
With the platform move, we’re bringing everything together in one central place: events, discussions, resources, and the search for specific topics that interest you.
With a modern new design, simplified navigation, and expanded features for knowledge sharing and collaboration, the new community platform is intended to offer you even more benefits with every interaction.
What does this mean for you?
- Your posts and most of your activities since 2021 will be automatically transferred to the new platform.
- To make using the community clearer and more efficient, some existing activities will no longer be available on the new platform.
- The secure SSO login via the familiar URL and signing in to your eBay account will remain in place.
As soon as the new community platform is live, we will publish detailed questions and answers to help you navigate.
Important note: During the platform move from June 11 to 15, 2026, the community website will only be available in read-only mode. If you have any questions about your eBay account during this period, please contact eBay Customer Service.
Your commitment and contributions in the community are very valuable to us and have made the eBay community what it is today. Your activities in the community will in future be even easier and more effective.
We’re really looking forward to welcoming you to the new platform!
Kind regards
Your Community Team
