Reducing fees for private sellers who participate in the new payment processing
Dear sellers,
With the new payments process, we want to simplify the payment process for private sellers and offer buyers a wider choice of payment options.
Since the introduction of the new payments process, we have been closely following feedback from our private sellers, especially regarding the sale of low-priced items, and would like to respond to it.
As of 3/5/2021, we are reducing the fees for private sellers who participate in the new payments process. For orders whose total amount (item price + shipping costs) is below EUR 10.00, we are reducing the fixed portion of the final value fee from EUR 0.35 to EUR 0.05.
