Dear sellers,
we are seeing an increase in phishing emails targeting online buyers and sellers. Some of these emails are difficult to recognize as phishing attempts.
To keep your account and data secure:
Check links carefully before clicking on them.
Do not enter any sensitive or confidential information on external websites.
Always verify the web address of websites where you are asked to enter personal or sensitive data.
Do not give anyone access to your eBay account.
If in doubt, please contact eBay directly to confirm the authenticity of a request.
If you want to report a suspicious email that is supposedly from eBay, you can forward it as an attachment to spoof@ebay.de.
