Renewed strike at Deutsche Post and DHL since January 26, 2023
Dear sellers,
As part of the collective bargaining negotiations, Deutsche Post AG has once again been on strike since today, January 26, 2023. Please note that until the two parties reach an agreement, there may be repeated strikes and regional or nationwide strike-related disruptions at DHL and Deutsche Post.
We recommend that you temporarily use other shipping providers, if necessary, to avoid delays.
We ask that you continue to keep yourself informed. If your region is affected by delays, adjust the handling time in your listings if necessary and notify your buyers about possible delays.
We are monitoring the situation very closely and are in close contact with Deutsche Post AG so that we can respond to current events.
If your shipments are delivered late due to the strike, we will take measures to protect you and remove defects related to items not shipped on time. You do not need to contact customer service separately.
