Deutsche Post AG strike has ended for now: Our seller protection measures
Dear sellers,
The strike at Deutsche Post and DHL has been ended for the time being. Deutsche Post and DHL are working at full speed to process the resulting backlog of letter and parcel shipments as quickly as possible.
eBay protects sellers whose shipments were affected by the strike at Deutsche Post and DHL from January 19, 2023 through January 23, 2023 inclusive. The following defects that arose due to the strike during this period will be automatically removed step by step:
- Item not received
- Item shipped late
You do not need to contact customer service separately for this.
