Improvement of the article attribute “Personalize”
Dear sellers,
we're making it easier for you to sell personalized products on eBay. For listings with the item specific “Personalize,” buyers will soon have a free-text field directly above the Buy It Now button. In this field, they can enter the details for the desired personalization. To do this, when creating your listings, please leave information in the free-text field under Optional item specifics > Personalize telling your customers what information you need for the personalization. Please note that we are rolling out this feature gradually and therefore it will not appear in all categories right away. The item specific “Personalize” is only available for Buy It Now listings and purchases through the shopping cart.
We are working on further improvements this year to optimize the buying experience for personalized listings. We will keep you informed about all changes.
