At the beginning of July, we hosted a live webinar on the topic “Selling hazardous substances safely and confidently on eBay”.
If you sell everyday products that contain hazardous chemicals, e.g. cleaning products, paints and insecticides, you will receive many helpful tips from our specialists. With the right information about hazardous substances in your eBay listings, you comply with legal requirements and at the same time help buyers make a well-informed decision about purchasing your items.
If you sell the following products on eBay, hazardous substance information is required:
- Aerosol cans
- Construction and assembly foam
- Car oils and lubricants
- Care and cleaning products
- Chemicals
- Wood stains
- Glues and adhesives
- Paints and varnishes
- Rodenticides (rat poison, mouse poison, etc.)y
- Solvents
The list is not exhaustive and may change depending on legislation.
