In our February 2023 News for business sellers, you can read about changes to how we credit sales commissions and order fees for cancellations and refunds. If you make a partial refund to a buyer, you will receive a proportional refund of your sales commission. In addition, when your buyer cancels a transaction or if you voluntarily issue a refund, we will refund the full order fee.
