Some specifications and structures of categories have been updated
In our most recent News for Sellers, we announced that we have revised some categories and specifications so your listings are easier to find on eBay and through external search engines.
From today, you will see updates in the following categories:
Electronics
Health and Care
Home and Garden
Jewelry and Watches
Parts and Accessories
During this transition, your experience with listings may be temporarily affected, as well as the visibility of your listings. Some specifications may be renamed, your listings may be moved to another category, or some listings may be temporarily not shown in search results.
All affected listings should be back to normal within a week, although some effects on listing visibility in search results may last up to three weeks.
Once these changes are complete, we recommend that you check your listings in the categories above. View more information about the category changes.
We understand that these updates take extra time and can be frustrating, but our goal is to help you increase the visibility and sales of your listings.
Please keep an eye on this page over the next few days. We will share up-to-date information about the categories and listings affected and answer all your questions.
