We're updating the Payment Terms
At eBay, we strive to make our policies clear and our services user-friendly. We are hereby informing you that we will be updating our Payment Terms effective September 23, 2024. We are revising the Payment Terms to better describe the payment services we offer you. As part of this revision, we have specified the provision regarding seller onboarding to increase transparency and have clarified which eBay company provides seller protection in the section on the use of Payment Services. In addition, we have revised and clarified the provisions in Part III.7. regarding payment methods, invoice payment, installment payment, and automatic bank debit, without changing the rules as such.
If you agree to the changes, you do not need to do anything further. If, as a consumer, you do not agree to the proposed changes, you may reject them at any time before September 23, 2024 by notifying us in text form (e.g. by email) or terminate the payment processing agreement free of charge and without notice. For example, this can be done by emailing us or by contacting our customer service. Otherwise, your consent to the changes will be deemed to have been given.
