Ebayplus points account cannot be accessed
Hello, I haven’t been able to access my Ebayplus points account for a few days now, or rather it tells me that 0 points are available, and no individual actions are visible.

I can't use my eBay credit.
I have eBay credit. When I buy an item, I want to pay with my eBay credit. When I click on my eBay credit, the field stays gray and it does when I pay too. So I can't pay. I click on PayPal, then I can pay. I called customer service yesterday and told them about it. I was told that this would be forwarded and that I would either get a message today or be called. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened. Is it only happening to me, or to you guys too? What can or should I do? What's going wrong here? I'll call customer service again tomorrow. If I'm not helped here, I'll only sell for the rest of this year and then I'm out. This is such a disgrace with eBay.

Hello 🙂 I participated in this ISTAF Berlin competition and today I received an email saying I won. How can I verify without a doubt whether the email is genuine? Would one also receive a notification in the eBay account? Can someone help me? Thanks a lot 🙂
