Annoying – Ebay points already expired today despite "valid until 31.03." | eBay Plus & eBay Points

Hello everyone,I wanted to redeem my eBay Plus points today, on 03/31/2026, because the last notification said: "Please redeem the points by 03/31/2026." I still had 330 points (€3.30) and thought I would use them for a purchase today.Unfortunately, I had to find out that the points were no longer available today - without me redeeming or letting them expire. March 31st was specified as the last redemption day. The fact that they are no longer usable on the very last day of the deadline is misleading to me.This annoyed me so much that I just canceled my eBay Plus. If such actions are not clearly communicated (e.g. "the last day for redemption is 03/30" or technically not possible on 03/31 already), then this is not customer service for me.Has anyone had similar experiences? Maybe a community mod can explain why points can no longer be redeemed on the last day of validity.Best regards
