Ebayplus points account cannot be accessed
Hello, I haven’t been able to access my Ebayplus points account for a few days now, or rather it tells me that 0 points are available, and no individual actions are visible.

thank you very much for your post. I took a look at the eBay Plus area in your account and everything is displayed normally for me. Both the total points and the points overview. Have you also tried it on another device?

I have this problem too.
On both sides, so on the eBay app and also on the PC, it only shows 0 points. However, I had already reported it to eBay (by shaking). Attached are photos of both.
