Can I use this 5x eBay Plus points bonus again now, since the first purchase was canceled?
Summary: althero asked whether the 5x eBay Plus points can be used again after a purchase has been canceled. perfect-sally recommended passing the question on to an eBay employee. An eBay employee, nina@ebay, confirmed that the bonus cannot be used again if the purchase was canceled.
I canceled a transaction where I used the 5x eBay Plus points in September.
My question is, can I use this 5x eBay Plus points bonus again now, since the first purchase was canceled ?
THANK YOU

·3 weeks agoIt’s actually stated clearly there:
5x promotion: applicable 1x. Max. 2000 points.
Let’s ask an eBay employee to be safe.
@vera@ebay could you please take a quick look too? Thanks a lot

·3 weeks agoAn eBay employee will know exactly, she'll get back to you here. For some things it works, but for some things unfortunately it doesn't.
