HiI recently signed up for an eBay Plus trial membership and activated the “5x points” promotion.Problem: Despite more than four successfully completed sales with a minimum value of €5 each, I was only credited 50 points instead of the expected 250 points per sale.Additionally: For three items sold successfully yesterday (each worth under €5), only 2 x 50 points were credited instead of the expected 3 x 50 points.The points allocation when purchasing works correctly.Best regardschrissi519

Hello @chrissi519! We have looked into this again and the eBay Plus terms and conditions state that points can be collected per sale for a maximum of 10 items, while during the free trial phase the number is limited to 2 items. That’s why we unfortunately couldn’t credit you the points for the one item from the order. Kind regards Miriam
