"Members helping members" section
Posts are being marked as 'helpful' by each other, even though they are absolutely not helpful.
Mentors should not be allowed to mark posts from other mentors as helpful; the same applies to members of the Community Team.
This 'helpful' is used here more as 'like anyway', which completely misses the actual purpose and benefit.

Hello @01riot, we want to emphasize that we pay very close attention to ensuring that the “Helpful” marking is not misused 👀. In 📋Our Community Netiquette📋 it is clearly stated that both excessive use and targeted manipulation (e.g. through multiple accounts or unjustified marking) are not allowed.
When mentor*s receive “Helpful” marks – whether from other mentor*s, eBay staff, or members – this usually reflects the quality and usefulness of their answers 💡. That is exactly the actual purpose of this feature.
I had already written to you that I’m sorry that you are currently not feeling comfortable here. A community thrives on all users feeling respected and well cared for 🤝. At the same time, we are aware that a community – despite all efforts – is not the right place for everyone.
What we do want to say clearly, however, is this: blanket accusations or repeated unfounded criticism help neither you nor the community. Constructive dialogue is the right way so that everyone benefits from it 👍
What we definitely do not want is for our mentor*s to be met with so much negativity. They volunteer their time and make a major contribution to helping others ❤️. Respectful تعامل with one another is therefore especially important to all of us.
If you notice specific cases, you are welcome to let us know via the report option (you can find it on every post) – that way we can review them 🛠️.

Good morning @01riot
If you have questions or problems, you don't have to use the "Members help members"
section...the entire discussion forum is available to you.
There anyone who wants to can reply, which means the response rate and diversity of opinions
are higher.
I don't know what problems have occurred between you and individual mentors, and
I don't want to read up on it either...
But in every forum you have to expect disagreement with your own opinion, that's what discussion is.
Of course people shouldn't be attacked personally, you're absolutely right about that!
On the other hand, it's also not fair to draw conclusions about the entire
community from one experience....many, many people have already been helped here, and in all forums!
And all of it completely voluntarily or on a volunteer basis.
In addition, one should always remember the old saying:
As you call into the forest, so it echoes back...
Please don't take this as referring to you, that's really not how it's meant...
I'm only saying in general that usually not just one person is to blame when discussions
degenerate in an unpleasant direction!
