Suggestion for improvement: New community message
Often follow-up questions have to be asked to clarify which item or issue it is about.
In principle, it should be possible to add a few w-questions to the existing input form for this purpose.
a.) Who am I? - Private or commercial seller?
b.) What? - Item or order number?
c.) When? - Time of sale?
This would certainly make the daily support easier for the community staff and the mentors, instead of having to ask regularly.

Hello @ttd4it, sorry for my late reply. I thought I had replied to you, but unfortunately my message went to someone else. Ashes on my head! Great that you're thinking about how to make things here more efficient. Unfortunately, we don't currently have the option to implement these questions specifically before creating a post. But we're still expecting an upgrade to the community platform this year, which will hopefully open up completely new possibilities.
In the meantime, it would be great if we could extend the labeling function,
as in the Members helping members forum to the entire platform, since that would then make important key points such as commercial or private immediately recognizable. I'm already working on that 💪
