Seller is not responding

Hello, I ordered an air conditioner in June, which then arrived defective 4 weeks later.
I refused the delivery and contacted the seller. It was clearly damage in transit.
Now, another 4 weeks later, I was delivered a small package with a few power cables. When I complained about this, the seller stopped responding altogether. How do I get my money back? I also made a report to Paypal. If this ordeal would finally be over, I could buy somewhere else.

It is just as @perfect-sally already wrote. Wait and see how things go with PayPal.
Since you no longer have buyer protection with us, informing the payment service provider was exactly the right step.

·6 days agoOh no, unfortunately you handled it completely wrong and, by refusing acceptance, may have forfeited your buyer protection!
If you refused to accept it, how do you know about the defect? You should report transport damage immediately to the delivery driver and the parcel service!
And if you’ve already involved PayPal, you have to wait until they decide, because then eBay is out of it.

OP6 days agoI refused it right away with the parcel delivery driver because the packaging was visibly deformed. The bent cooling fins were also visible through the torn-open packaging. The carrier took a photo, and I did too. Unfortunately, I can't attach it here
