PPWR: Sale of exclusively used goods / shipping in exclusively used cardboard boxes.
I sell exclusively used goods and ship them exclusively in used boxes (... in my case - posters - old cores from the paper industry).
The filler material is reused packing paper.
The goods (posters) and the packaging are 100% paper.
How does this work in this case with shipping to other EU countries?
Many thanks for all tips and assessments.

The PPWR and EPR is a total nightmare, by far the worst bureaucratic freak-show/ dumpster fire they have come up with so far.
To answer your questions:
It does not matter whether you sell new or used goods.
(It should, but it doesnt)
Re-using boxes and filling materials is more complicated than using new.
(It shouldnt, but it does)
With new materials you can get these compliance documents from your supplier of packaging materials, if you're lucky, many suppliers are clueless what youre asking for at the moment.
(it shouldnt but it is)
With used materials: you need compliance documents from the original manufacturer to prove that you are not bringing them into circulation for the first time, and add this to your parcel.....
(because... this is better for the environment?!)
Also; if you want to be visible on ebay in any EU country at all, and if you plan to ship there, you need to have an Authorised Representative in that speciffic country, who will register you with a recycler.
You need the registration number uploaded in your eBay account for said destination to be visible at all.
This will cost you a hefty € 300,- and up to well over € 1.000,- a year, per destination.
I'm sorry for this horrible news, but this is how PPWR and EPR work.
The EU comission is looking into MAYBE making some changes, this will be discussed in Oktober.
