defective item from Great Britain
Hello everyone,
I bought an item in England and it is unfortunately defective. Now I would like to return the item, but I can’t print a return label even though I am an Ebayplus member.
Ebay also promises that automotive parts that don’t fit can be returned free of charge.
Is that also possible abroad and if so, how does it work?

·2 months agoFirst of all, the seller pays the return shipping for this reason. And ebay-plus only applies to returns after a cancellation within Germany.
The rest has already been written. But the seller will also not be able to provide you with a label from abroad and may have to authorize the money for it IN ADVANCE. But that can't be done via ebay.

you have to file a complaint about the item.
As the reason for return, indicate that the item does not match the description.
