Hello, I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus from a seller on 01/12/25. Unfortunately, I can’t contact eBay about it, since that’s only possible for 90 days.
What am I supposed to do now? Can anyone give me a tip?

The device keeps having problems with the touch function and it often just turns off, even though the battery still shows over 50%. I contacted Samsung because I can’t do any updates. The device has outdated software and was only produced for the American market. But that wasn’t stated in the description. So I can’t get any updates in Germany. That’s not okay. What solution can you offer me? Will you take the device back and refund my money?

Even eBay can’t do anything here anymore, as Peter already mentioned.

·1 week agoBuyer protection at Ebay is 30 days and 180 days with PayPal - unfortunately both have already passed.

in such a case, you can only enforce any warranty claims against the seller outside of Ebay.
Ebay and the payment service providers are out of the picture here after more than 8 months.
