Hello everyone,I bought an item (€89) on eBay and returned it within the deadline.The seller provided me with a DHL return label as a QR code ("shipping label without printer").On 23/01, I dropped the package off at a DHL parcel shop and showed the QR code. The package was accepted. No tracking code.The seller is now telling me that the package has still not arrived and may have been lost. Therefore, he is only offering me a 50% refund.In addition, I do not see any option in the return like "Ask eBay to step in," even though the deadline is about to expire.My questions:1. Isn't the shipping risk on the seller, since he provided the return label?2. Should I refuse the 50% refund?3.
