eBay account

Hello folks, can someone tell me what this message means: "Apparently there are items in another eBay account that you use that have not been paid for. Therefore, we have restricted your eBay account to Buy It Now". I use and only have one eBay account and there are no open purchases there and no other problems either. Many thanks
