Forgeries of postage stamps occupation of the Second World War by an eBay seller?

Hi, has anyone ever dealt with a seller who offers an astonishing number of WWII emergency issues, including really expensive ones? Some of them are signed with Pickenpack BPP. That is the responsible federal examiner, but the stamp is also forged. The listings then say either old signature or not certified. Is that kosher? Such info on definitely fake stamps/letters? They hardly get bid on so far, so everyone seems to know they must be fakes. Why does eBay allow this? The seller offers nothing...
