You only have a right of withdrawal with commercial sellers.
With them, you can revoke a purchase contract within the period stated in the withdrawal policy.
However, you should also be able to prove that the item was sent back and delivered to the seller.
If you can’t prove the return shipment, you are dependent on the seller’s "goodwill".
