Complete box auctioned off
Hello everyone,
I bid on a complete box set Seasons 1-8, the description said DVD
I only took a quick look at the picture 8 cases..
What arrived was :
Not a complete box set as stated
But 8 seasons, including 2 Blu-ray seasons..
That has nothing to do with a complete box set and DVD
Or am I wrong?
The internet actually says it's the seller's fault too and that he listed the items incorrectly.

·6 days agoThanks @stroichal well, I have no idea what you mean by complete box, but if Blu-ray is sent instead of DVD, then that is different

By a complete box, as a layperson, I understand, for example, 8 DVDs in one box (normally a cardboard slipcase). However, that’s not possible with the different sizes. The seller should have better called it a complete package or something like that.
For me, clearly, the item is not as described.

·6 days agoThe category was already chosen correctly, but the seller explicitly writes DVD and that is different, and you should open the return as written if you can't do anything with Blu-rays.

·6 days agoSince we don’t know the item or the listing, there isn’t much to say about it.
If the item was described incorrectly and you didn’t get what was bought and paid for, then open a return with the reason that the item is not as described. The seller has to pay for the return shipping and refund you. Please make sure it is sent back WITH tracking.
