Hello! I bought a BRAUN razor on eBay worth 195 euros! It was paid for via KLARNA! The seller immediately sent a tracking number! BUT not to MY ADDRESS, but back to themselves! Is that NORMAL?

if we don't understand it, then, if help is still wanted, you should perhaps phrase your concern differently so that it can be understood and a well-founded explanation / help can be provided.
Some of the requested information is essential in order to be able to understand this complex problem.

·1 month agoHow do you know that no name was on the label if all you have is a tracking number?
How is anyone supposed to help you if you don’t answer questions?
Whether all of this was intended by the seller or not is just speculation and doesn’t solve your problem.
@perfect-sally has already explained the right way to do it to you, briefly and clearly.
Only you can know when the delivery deadline has passed; if the item hasn’t been delivered by then, just report an "item not received" with Ebay and that’s that.
Then buyer protection kicks in and you get your money back.
Just buy the razor in a store, or order from another seller.
A razor isn’t exactly a rarity and can be bought everywhere

if you have the tracking number, you can see in the shipment history whether the parcel has only been announced, handed over / picked up by the shipping company, or rerouted, etc.

OP1 month agoOn the PACKAGE there was ONLY the address without a name! It could NOT have arrived! It was also NOT supposed to! That's why the NEW SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

·1 month agoEbay can only step in or help once the delivery period has been exceeded and you have reported an item as not received. And after opening the case, there is the so-called resolution phase, during which ebay also cannot step in or help yet. You also have to wait for that.

that sounds strange.
Did you buy the razor from a commercial seller?
When did you buy it?
Has the item actually already been shipped?
Did you check the tracking number directly in the shipping service’s app?
Also, you should receive an email from Ebay with the purchase confirmation, in which everything is listed in detail :
Order number, item type, delivery address,...
Have you contacted the seller?
This is what I would do first if anything is unclear.
For support from a moderator, your details are too sparse.
You’d need to provide the order or item number so that a staff member can look it up exactly.
Otherwise, nobody can get a concrete picture.
