Hello everyone,
I ordered as a guest and my return request was officially approved by the seller. However, when I click the button "View return details" in the email, I only get a technical error message and can't download the return label.
Since I'm logged in as a guest, the customer service callback doesn't work either. Does anyone have a tip on how I can get my label or how I can contact support directly? Thanks!

Im Impressum findet man Kontaktmöglichkeiten und auch eine telefonnummer die man selbst anrufen kann.

OP2 weeks agoIch kann nichts finden. Hier bei EBay Gibt’s weder Telefonnummer noch Rückruf 😑Dieser Autoresponder stellt immer wieder dieselben Fragen und löst absolut kein Problem! Ich drehe mich hier nur im Kreis.

·2 weeks agoEinfach in der ebay-Hilfe Impressum eingeben oder eben eine Suchmaschine nutzen und Impressum ebay eingeben.
Dort findet man eine Mailadresse und eine Telefonnummer. Wir dürfen das hier leider nicht posten.
