Differences between order amount and invoice amount
Hello community,
I recently bought an item for 68 euros, but when I received the item, the price stated on the receipt was only 52 euros. How can such discrepancies happen? Could the seller or eBay have made a mistake, or are there other factors that could explain this difference? Have you ever experienced something similar, and how did you deal with it?

·1 month ago@vkor42 Hey. 🙂 In principle, our sellers are responsible for the invoices. Which prices are listed there is therefore up to the respective seller. We have no influence over that.
The item was listed on our platform for €68.00.

Please state the item number and an eBay employee can take a look.

Very strange, now buyers are complaining even when the item was cheaper than stated!
