Seller issues invoice to delivery address instead of billing address and does not correct it | Buy

A commercial seller issues the invoice to my private delivery address instead of my business billing address and does not correct it despite my request. They justify this with streamlined processes. I ordered from an eBay business account and expect a correct invoice. This could easily be handled with a cancellation invoice/correction invoice. Why can I specify a different delivery address if it becomes the billing address? What can I do?
