Shipping label not received

Hi,
I received the wrong item.
The seller accepts the return, claims he would provide me with a label, but doesn't do so.
Since the fault here clearly lies with the seller, I am not willing to cover the return shipping costs:

Please check your emails. In the email "Return the item now" you have the "Print label" button.
A new window then opens and you have the choice: "Print label" or "Send label by email"

just open a case on eBay for an item not received. Then the seller has to send you a label.
