Change to the shipping options offered
These days, when creating an offer, you already have to specify the package dimensions..... if you don’t enter them correctly, then after the sale the currently selected shipping option will apparently no longer be offered in the shipping options. Can this be changed afterward? It’s a change for the worse and should be reverted again.l

those aren’t required fields in the listing. For me, none of the listings have dimensions entered, only the gross weight for single-item shipping:
When I now create labels via Ebay, the system pulls this data.
Then, in this example, for instance, the Deutsche Post standard letter is no longer offered to me.
However, you can also manually change the values during label creation.

Mentor1 week agoI have never entered any package dimensions and was able to create the shipment without any problems.
Take a look and see whether you might have any conditions enabled, there have been problems with that more often lately.
