Change from "Pickup" to "Sale" after payment of the purchase price

The item should be picked up. However, at the buyer's request, the item is to be shipped. He has already paid the purchase price. How does the process work now? Unlike with pickup, no specific route is shown. I can't find a phone number anywhere.

Don't deviate from what you've stated, that only causes problems! If pickup is specified, you can't enter a tracking number and may have to wait up to 30 days for your money.Cancel the purchase and relist the item with shipping, and the buyer can buy it correctly.
