My account was blocked, and the money from the sale never arrived in my account!

Question

Why is my account blocked? I have sent my original passport many times, which is a genuine Ukrainian passport. I don't have any other document and there isn't one. Why are you not letting me keep working? On what grounds was my item removed and I still haven't received the money ??? I would like to know the answer !!!

The buyer paid for the item on 13. 08. 2026, and I shipped it right away, but I can’t track it — simply put, it isn’t being tracked, and I don’t know why. Why won’t the system accept my passport? I don’t have another passport!!!
