Hello everyone, I want to sell an item. eBay is charging 42 cents for it, even though as usual I list it as an auction with a €1 starting fee. Why can’t I list more for free? I haven’t sold an item yet in July. This year, I’ve only made €100 in sales.

Support replied today. There is currently a bug in the app:

You are contacting us regarding the listing fee. I’d be happy to help you.

We are currently having a problem with the app that shows listing fees when posting a listing.
You were not charged a listing fee; it was only displayed.

We recommend currently creating listings via our web interface.
