100% ad promotion instead of max 2-3% and paid on top of that, instead of getting 56, 70€ was deducted 😪 it's supposed to be my fault..What can I even do anymore??

So folks, I’m terribly sorry and you probably think I’m making this up, but you know.. this is pretty much the very last step I’m going to take in my matter now, because actually I’ve only been on the seller side since the beginning of March and, after a short time and not many items, I was already having to deal with the first annoyances, and not every one could be resolved, at most every 2nd–3rd one, no one answers specific questions, constructive cooperation on improvements especially for private little guys like me, where every cent is really saved and transparently stayed as credit at eBay BECAUSE I WANTED TO GIVE AN ANIMAL THAT REALLY NEEDS IT A LOVING FOREVER HOME AND also because after 3 funerals I wanted to feel the loyalty and unconditional love of an honest living being one more time. .It didn’t take long, I was actually under constant stress, I bowed to every tiny bit of pressure, trusted the size and duration of the platform, but with problems and customer service I was always on my own and payouts came more and more slowly,it feels like a dumping sale, which I personally cannot support since I invested a lot of time and care and there are always new changes..you know how it is.. But when I looked closely, I had to realize that apparently at any time I’ve got one foot in prison, on questions like how I could do it differently or better, theft of intellectual property, counterfeit goods, that’s the accusation, oh and I supposedly unknowingly circumvent numbering official advertising channels etc, and the only tiny bit of protection is the all-consuming insured shipping, I gradually reduced most of the promoted items in one single action because smartphone display and dashboard are simply horribly exhausting and never clear, even though everything that happens there is EXACTLY MY THING...MY WORK WAS IN FACT SIMILAR IN MY STUDIES AND CAN ANYONE OF YOU TELL ME HOW IT’S SUPPOSED TO HAVE HAPPENED BY MISTAKE, from all the other promoted items, reduced to 2-max 3%, which along with all the other costs and the permanent pressure, negotiating, instructions, monthly balance sheets, requests for actions etc PLUS the actually important buyer inquiries, negotiating, being insulted, constant stress of wanting to do it right and REALLY STILL UNDERSTAND SERVICE.. that when repeatedly optimizing specifically 2 ads I was supposed to have ENDED UP WITH 100 and 17% promotion costs BY MISTAKE???.. and this where I would NEVER be in the double-digit range and I’m still supposed to pay THAT PLUS the shipping??.. that breaks my heart, because time is running out, and I simply cannot handle this enormous helplessness and powerlessness after contacting them twice without anything moving forward, without any understanding of the situation, when the WORD SALE clearly implies not getting 56 € but instead I STILL HAVE TO PAY nearly 70 € from my previous hard-earned credit and THAT was, of course, directly debited by eBay...I cursed these medals, from my parents’ estate, the 1st listed item, not even advertised for 1 week and I’m supposed to have from a 2 - by the way even at 100% - which would surely amount to a permanent loop?!, I’ve never even seen 1 of my carefully maintained ads up to then and 3-4 days earlier with so much advertising dumped on it.. and even then - you can’t conclude that it may have happened by mistake and once again leaves me mercilessly alone with it, despite direct contact by phone after my own research into the shrinking credit??? No automatic message or anything similar and WHY does that even happen??? After noticing it, calling, despair and indignation despite all the transparency and the alleged TICKET REQUEST, because the Asian employee was herself completely overwhelmed and also understood my argument, wanted to get back to me PROMISED... later it was once again said that none of that had happened and I really no longer know how I can get back all the time and effort AND HOPE I’ve put in here when apparently I’m the only one who understands SALE to mean something else, above all at the end a PROCEEDS!?! Since when do you pay 1/4 extra on a sales platform when SELLING?? AND THE SHIPPING?? THAT was harassment because of reducing the promotion costs, right?? Otherwise someone would surely stand by me in this case?? Sales figures aren’t picking up anymore either, no matter what I do, because there are so many animals out there that need a heart and a home..I feel cheated out of the little I had here and completely screwed over while asking for help..NO TICKET, NO CALLBACK, NO RECOMMENDATION, NOTHING EXCEPT BEING LOST AS TO HOW SOMETHING LIKE THIS CAN EVEN BE POSSIBLE ON THE PART OF THE DEFAULT SETTING ALONE AND AFTER A 2, surely nobody accidentally prints a wrong number 3X?? And then of all things 100? do you have any advice for me?..or understanding or..I don’t know what to do anymore, kind regards, Alex from Göttingen
