2 payments are being withheld for no apparent reason

I’d like to understand why eBay is withholding both payments from both orders on that day (14/09). There’s no reason for that and it’s completely pointless. On top of that, eBay only wants to release the two amounts (totalling about €50 ) on 29/09 😤
There were no special incidents like a dispute or anything else. The info just says it’s because I’m new and/or because I would sell “irregularly”.... ?!?!?
What’s that all about? And above all, what can I do so it doesn’t take almost another 2 weeks before I get my sales proceeds? Thanks in advance ❤😊
