50€ voucher not received
Summary: bir-git reports that, despite being invited and taking part in a sales promotion, she did not receive a €50 voucher. Hello,
I took part in an invitation for a €50 voucher when selling €10 worth. The first sale of €10 was more than 14 days ago, but unfortunately I haven't received a voucher.
I have an iPad and the eBay app on it. I clicked the invitation link to participate. I have a screenshot of the invitation and the €10 sale. How do I proceed now to get the voucher?

I only took the screenshot after the first sale had already gone through. I had already received the actual invitation before that. That’s why I only have the screenshot of last chance. But I hope that’s enough.

I got the invitation via the notification. That was about 3 weeks before the “last chance.” At first the page wouldn’t open, and then at some point it worked and I was able to post my first offer via “Create offer.”

OP3 weeks agoOn the day of the first sale, I also spoke on the phone with an employee, so he had called me back. I asked him how the voucher works now. He said it would arrive automatically within 14 days. The call was on 04/08 at 11:08 a.m. I still have the number in my contacts.

I found another screenshot where the exact run time under sales promotion is listed for the voucher campaign. It was from 16/07 to 14/08. I’ve attached the screenshot below.

you can see that in the screenshot above, the Emily Van den Bergh blouse white with bird pattern was sold on 04.08. for €10 and on 09.08. a Naketano jacket also for €10
