Hello,

I received the invitation to sell from eBay. "Sell for at least €10 and get a €50 voucher". According to the message, the promotion was supposed to be active until 11/05/26. On 06/05/26, I sold an item, shipped it, and received the money right away. According to the forum info, voucher delivery should take 14 days. Now 14 days have passed and still no voucher in sight. I’ve already checked all emails, eBay messages, etc.

Please help 🙂

Hello Melina,

there was no email, only a push notification under the bell icon saying that I need to sell something for €10 by 11/05 to receive the voucher. The notifications seem to be deleted automatically. Unfortunately, I don’t have a screenshot. Is there anything that can be done about that?

Thanks for the feedback @butterfly_e36. Unfortunately, the promotion is tied to an invitation message, so we can’t initiate a promotion retroactively. If you didn’t receive a message, e.g. by email, then the promotion isn’t active. Maybe it’ll work next time. 🙂

The voucher should normally be available 14 days after the sale. That doesn’t seem to be the case here. @melina@ebay could you please take a look?
